RM 3000.00 (non-refundable)

1. The student, parent(s) and/or guardian(s) indemnify TLS International against all liability involving the student and/or his/her property.
2. TLS International will not be held responsible or liable for any occurrences or actions outside its premises. i.e. in the event of accidents, death, kidnapping, etc.
3. The student, parent(s) and/or guardians are responsible to inform TLS International of any existing medical and/or psychological conditions.
4. In case of a medical emergency, where neither parent or guardian can be contacted to give consent, the parent/guardian consent and authorise the Principal to authorise the medical examination of the child by a registered doctor, or send the child to a clinic/medical centre, all expenses thereby incurred will be on the parent’s or guardian’s account and the parent’s/guardian agree to indemnify TLS International fully.
5. The parent/guardian agrees that TLS International shall not be liable for any death, personal injury or any loss or damage of any kind whatsoever which the child may sustain at any time either within TLS International premises, authorised field trip or elsewhere, which is not attributable to the negligence of TLS International, its officers, agents or employees.
6. Students may be expelled from TLS International if students/parents/guardians are found to be disruptive in class, physically or emotionally abusive to staff or other students, or act in a way that endangers themselves or others. In the event that a student is expelled, no refund or unused fees will be provided.
7. TLS International is committed to comply with the Malaysian Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA) 2010 in protecting our students’ and parents’ personal information with TLS International.
8. Fees are charged on a termly (4 months) or yearly basis. All fees are non-transferable and non-refundable.
9. All initial monies received include term/year fees, registration fee, books and materials fee and uniform fee.
10. The parents are responsible to inform the school a month before they choose to exit the course in writing. Please send all requests to admin@tlsinternational.edu.my
11. All fees for the following term/year must be paid 3 weeks before the commencement of the following term.
12. A surcharge of RM200 will be imposed on all late fees.
13. Additional (optional) school trips, clubs, extracurricular activity, and classes, if any, will incur separate charges.
14. A charge of RM50 will be imposed should the student damage/lose a library book or locker key. Charges will be incurred upon property damage by the student.
15. There will not be any replacement classes for students missing regular classes. There will not be a reduction of fees for students not being able attend classes for whatever reason. There will not be replacement classes should a programme of study fall on a public holiday.
16. TLS International is given permission to use images of students in class, or during activities, trips, performances etc. on any of its social media platforms.
17. All students must adhere to the school rules and regulations provided
